You can sometimes pull them up by title or look for them under secondary sources or by state. Note: Some jurisdictions might have jury instructions available on the web.

The company's own website is often a good place to start. If you have trouble finding the company's website, there are also commercial sources you could use if you have them available. Sometimes it can be complicated figuring out name, brands, location, relationships, etc. There is generally more information available about public companies than private ones. You might also look at news and docket sources.
To what agency/groups are complaints/defects reported?
Manuals are sometimes posted on the company website. In larger collections, note scope of products. Dates?
Some search engines keep caches, but retrospectivity sometimes limited.
