Introduction

The Proposed Final Draft (April 1, 2009) of the American Law Institute's Principles of the Law of Aggregate Litigation includes within the scope of the Principles "mass-tort actions, class actions, derivative lawsuits, actions naming multiple conspirators, and inventory settlements." Proposed Final Draft §1.02 cmt. at 12.

This guide directs you to selected sources useful for researching and learning about the mass tort and class action types of aggregate litigation.
