Overview

The Record is the oldest law school-affliliated newspaper in the United States. It includes Law School, national, and international news; scholarly articles; op-eds written by Harvard Law School students, professors, and guest contributors. It publishes several special editions, including an annual April Fool's Day issue and career guides. The Record ceased print publication in Fall 2011 and in now published exclusively online.

Articles from 2002 to the present are searchable via hlrecord.org.

Digitized issues from 1946-2001 can be accessed through the HollisLinks search pages and the finding aid.

More recent issues (2002-present) can be found by searching HLRecord.org.

The HollisLinks page allows users to employ full-text search across the entire corpus of The Record. Users can also select individual issues to view in the Page Delivery Service (PDS). Once in PDS, users can full-text search within the opened issue.

The finding aid offers users the same issue-level access through PDS to The Record.
