Budget Speech
The Budget Speech is presented to the House of Commons by the Minister of Finance, after estimating the income and expenditures for the financial year (April 1-March 31). Both the speech and the debates on it are published in the Debates. The formal title of the speech is: Financial Statement of the Minister of Finance. It is included in:
