- Live Question Tool - a web-based service that lets audience members at a presentation post questions for the speaker. As questions are added, other participants can submit comments and cast votes for the questions they hope to see answered first.

- Morae is an easy to use program that integrates audio and video of test subjects with screen capture of what they're clicking on, so that you can record, playback, annotate, compare, analyze, edit, and present respondents' feedback with great fidelity. You may borrow it from the HCL Sandbox. Just ask for HCL Sandbox Windows laptop #2, which you may borrow for one week with one renewal. Be sure to also borrow a microphone. Just plug in the mic and use the built-in webcam (easy!) or borrow a video camera from HCL Communications if you would like to film multiple participants.
