LOTSE Fachinformationen Philosophie
The LOTSE (Library Online Tour & Self-Paced Education) portal provides access to relevant online sources selected by librarians in all subjects, including Philosophy.

A long established German site that provides links to Philosophy resources on the internet.

Virtuelle Fachbibliothek Philosophie: Sophikon 
Produced by the University of Erlangen in conjunction with the Bavarian State Library, Sophikon is a scholarly portal to selective resources in Philosophy on the web.  The sites featured in Sophikon have been selected and vetted by librarians to contain high quality, academic information in the field of Philosophy and interdisciplinary areas of study.

Google Scholar

Google Scholar is available either on the open web or via Harvard e-resources. From the site: "Google Scholar covers articles, theses, books, abstracts, court opinions and other scholarly literature from all broad areas of research. You'll find works from a wide variety of academic publishers and professional societies, as well as scholarly articles available across the web. Google Scholar may also include multiple versions of an article, possibly preliminary, which you may be able to access."

Connect via the Harvard Libraries proxied version of Google scholar.

Or from the main Google Scholar page, click on Scholar Preferences and choose library: harvard>>>Save preferences.

You'll then have    links wherever relevant.

DOAJ includes "scientific and scholarly journals that use a quality control system to guarantee the content." These journals do not charge readers or institutions for access to content.
