Welcome!

The Loeb Music Library maintains a database of links to help you find websites for research on a wide variety of topics in music. It collects links to:

  • archival collections, full-text databases, online scores, and sound and video recordings;
  • music reference works, article indexes, discographies, and bibliographies;
  • websites of scholarly societies

Online Resources for Music Scholars is necessarily a selective work in progress, updated as we become aware of new online resources. Most are freely accessible to all users; those available only to Harvard affiliates are flagged. The database does not include links to individual ejournals available through HOLLIS.

Feedback, comments, and suggestions for changes or additions are welcome: contact Kerry Masteller.
