Antitrust Law

Getting Started

Introduction

This guide is meant to help you research the laws and information concerning antitrust issues. The goal is to provide a useful, but not exhaustive, list of resources. You may also want to review the Library Guide on Mergers & Acquisitions.

Research requires analysis and synthesis of information, and no one resource will likely provide sufficient information or data on any given topic. The Legal Information Institute at Cornell has an excellent overview of Antitrust Law you may want to review if this is your first exposure to antitrust laws.

For many of these databases, you will need your Harvard University ID and PIN.  For others, you may need to register to gain access.  If you have any trouble accessing a database, please contact the library.
