When you are using HOLLIS, you might find that there is not an option to request or check out a book that you want because, under the "Get It" box, the status of the book says "Library Processing: Tech Services Work Order"
This happens especially frequently with LLM papers and SJD dissertations submitted during the last two years.
The screen will look like this:
To get this book, click the Request Pick Up link. Then, on the screen that comes up, select Harvard Law School Library for location, and click Submit Request. You will receive an email when the book is ready for you to pick up at the law library's circulation desk.
