Overview

The Colonial North America project provides access to a wide range of digitized material from the colonial era. 

The archival and manuscript material found in this project "extends well beyond New England to Canada, other areas of North America, and South America; to Atlantic islands and across the Atlantic Ocean to Great Britain, continental Europe, and parts of Africa."
