This was the first of the 2012 Charles Eliot Norton Lectures, in which a distinguished figure in the arts is chosen to give six lectures while spending a year in residence at Harvard.
- Artist Documentation ProgramThe Artists Documentation Program (ADP) is a collaboration of The Center for Technical Study of Modern Art, Harvard Art Museums; the Whitney Museum of American Art, and The Menil Collections. The ADP interviews artists and their close associates in order to gain a better understanding of their materials, working techniques, and intent for conservation of their works. All interviews are conducted by conservators in a museum or studio setting.
