Media and Visualization

The Virtual Media Lab: Specialists in learning technologies and multimedia are available at Harvard Library to help instructors and students produce high-quality media through podcasting, video editing, Photoshop, Illustrator, multimedia assignments, and more.

Cabot Media Studios: Located on the lower level of Cabot Science Library, our two self-service media studios have everything you need to easily make high-quality audio and video recordings. 

Lamont Multimedia Lab: Located on B-level of the Lamont Library in the main reading room, the Media Lab has everything you need for media creation, editing and production.

Visualization Support: Get help and training with data visualization design and tools for the Harvard community.

Teaching and Learning with 3D Content: Work with us to arrange immersive experiences with primary sources that help bring your course material to life. Objects can range from very small to entire buildings.

3D Printing: Using Cabot's machines, you may print models that visualize your research, or produce objects for your research or class assignments.

Large-Format Printing: Whether for a poster or another project, the Lamont Multimedia Lab's large-format printer can print up to 35.5 inches wide and 100 feet long.

Tech loan: Access to laptops, chargers, 360 degree cameras, VR equipment and more.
