Reserve a Seat to Study at Cabot

We are excited to offer a service for in-residence FAS students and GSAS students in Group B (testing for COVID-19 twice weekly) to reserve a safe, individual seat to study at Cabot Library. Before making a reservation, please review the following safety procedures:

Before your visit you must

  • Confirm your CrimsonClear status within the 12 hours prior to your library reservation start time.

On the day of your visit you must

  • Be fever-, cough-, and symptom-free. If you have any symptoms or are unwell, please cancel your reservation via the reservation confirmation email.
  • Maintain a physical distance of 6 feet from others while arriving and leaving.
  • Wear a mask at all times.
  • Refrain from eating and drinking. No food or drinks are allowed.
  • Only enter the restroom if it is unoccupied; leave 6 feet between yourself and others who may be waiting.
  • Comply with all posted signage and staff guidance.
  • Follow instructions for entering and exiting the building provided in the reservation confirmation email.

Make a reservation

Cabot Library offers seating options for quiet study across three floors. You can make 3-hour reservations up to three times per day and up to 7 days in advance. Same-day reservations can be made up to the start of an available time block.
