This library master class offers you a chance to explore the full research lifecycle and set yourself up for a lifelong scholarly practice--making you a more effective, resourceful, and creative researcher. Through hands-on activities, you will learn how to:
- Navigate in complex research environments
- Choose the best database for a given research task
- Optimize your search strategies
- Track down hard-to-find sources
- Annotate and organize your research in intellectually productive ways
- Work with primary sources, technology, and multimedia
- Conduct archival research effectively and efficiently
- Negotiate your copyright with publishers
