Debates

The debates are the official verbatim record of speeches, published daily and numbered serially beginning with number one for each session.
Included in the House Debates are messages of the governor-general and lists of the members of the House, committees of the House, the Ministry, etc.
Included in the Senate Debates are the "Speech from the Throne" and the reply. Since 1896 a list of senators has been included.
