This guide provides links to resources and services to help with your research for Freshman Seminar 40E_Law and Society through the Cinematic Frame taught by Dr. Ofrit Liviatan.   The purpose of the guide is to provide support from Harvard Library as you prepare your group project and final assignment.

• Group 1: Why and when do people obey / disobey laws?
• Group 2: How and why do people mobilize (or not) the law?
• Group 3: What is the Function of Law(Why do societies have laws? Is the law coordinating social activity, changing behavior, or serving as a vehicle for conflict and oppression?)
