The following are some resources and tools that could help you on this research project (and other work outside of this class). If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact a librarian.
- Cabot Media StudiosLocated on the lower level of Cabot Science Library, the two self-service media studios have everything you need to easily make high-quality audio and video recordings. When you're done recording, simply take your files with you on a USB drive.
- Lamont Multimedia LabLocated on B-level of the Lamont Library in the main reading room, the Media Lab has everything you need for media creation, editing and production.
- Qualitative Research SupportThis service offers resources, software training, and general support to help you plan a qualitative research project and collect, analyze, and share qualitative data. Qualitative research support is open to all students, researchers, faculty and staff at Harvard interested in using qualitative software and in qualitative research generally.
- Remote Media HelpLooking for remote help with video, podcasting, AR/VR, visualization, or other media? Our staff of media experts are here to help you.
- Digital Mapping and GIS SupportGet help with maps, mapping, geographic information systems, and other geospatial tools, as well as cartographic design.
- Harvard Library Tech LoansAt many Harvard libraries you can borrow basic gear like headphones and laptop chargers. Just check in with a staff member to see what's available. A few libraries also have media production gear available for loan — everything from tripods and SD cards to 360 cameras and VR equipment.
