In HOLLIS Library Catalog Advanced Search you can search likely keywords and limit to Scope: Schlesinger.

Search on discrimination law. In a general search, on the right of the results page look for Form/genre. These are terms for kinds  rather than subject of the documents. Note: Trials, litigation; Transcripts; Cases.  Additional Form/Genre terms.

Search on Briefs.

With numerous results you can elect to have 50 displayed on a single page. See bottom of the Results page

It is important to use the official Subject terms  (see the HOLLIS section of this guide) along with any other appropriate keywords. Law-related Subject terms can be main terms (Commercial law) or subdivisions (Law and legislation). Examples of law-related Subject terms include:

To find law-related Harvard archival collections, go to HOLLIS Advanced search.  Library Catalog searches both the catalog records (example - note the linked finding aid)  and the finding aids (detailed lists of contents; example) for archival collections. You can see an easily browsed pdf of the finding aid by hitting View pdf (upper right).

In one search box enter your topic, say women, marriage, discrimination, etc., and in another put law-related Subject terms. Limit to Resource type: Archives/Manuscripts. Limit to Scope: Schlesinger or other repository if desired.
