This guide provides an introduction to the Schlesinger Library's participation in Wikipedia.

Join the Schlesinger Library's Wikipedia Project: Writing Women's History into Wikipedia

Our goals

1. Create or enhance the following:
 

  • Biographies of women and organizations whose papers and records are held by the Schlesinger Library

  • Biographies of Radcliffe College alumnae

  • Entries about or related to Radcliffe College history
     

2. Collaborate with the GLAM Open Heritage Project by adding links to finding aids and digitized primary source material where possible throughout Wikipedia
 

3. Help rectify the gender imbalance among Wikipedia's editors and content
