Feminisms

The riot grrrl movement, associated with third-wave feminism, had an outsized impact on zine culture. However, zines also provide a way for feminist creators both culturally and temporally outside of that movement to discuss their theory and praxis around feminist issues, and a wide variety of feminist perspectives can be found in zines.

To find zines like these, try a HOLLIS search using the form/genre term "zines" plus a subject term like "feminism" or "feminist theory" or "riot grrrl movement" or "anarchafeminism."
