History of Public Health at Harvard

Manuscripts and archival collections for researching the history of public health, including resources related to the Harvard T.H. Chan School of Public Health.

Welcome

In the Fall of 2017, Countway archivist, Jessica Murphy, and Office of Diversity and Inclusion (ODI) staff members Corrina Wainwright and Zennon Black, launched an archive project to identify our first Black students. The original website is temporarily unavailable. For ease of access, the following content has been copied from an archived version of that website. Please note that links relating to additional information about each individual student are currently unavailable. We are actively working in partnership with ODI to restore this information, and will update this guide once that work is complete.
